Terms & Conditions
- Claim(s) must be made by day 20th of next (1st August 2022 to 31st October 2022) calendar month from
the date of sales and accompanied by a complete set of supporting documents(s) as mentioned in claim
format
- One Invoice can be claimed by only one Individual (Two or more people cannot share the same EU invoice).
- B2B - Sell-in from distributor and sell-thru to EU should be in the same quarter. In exceptional cases, T1
invoices from the previous quarter on the last 2 dates (30th & 31st) will also be accepted.
- For Indent Transactions, PBM approval is to be attached with claim submission.
- Reward points earning is capped at INR 30,000 points for Learn & Earn and Sell & Earn per user program
period (Q4).

Completion of the “Learn & Earn” module is mandatory to be eligible for the “Sell & Earn” reward.
- Learn & earn a reward is applicable to the first 40 registered partner reps only or till the budget lasts.
- Sell & earn a reward for the first 50 SKU units (HPE Pointnext Tech Care), 20 SKU units (IPS), 25 SKU units (Complete
Care), or till the budget lasts.
- Rewards will be decided on first come first serve criteria basis of the date of order/training completion in the HPE
system/report.
- Only a maximum of 2 partner representatives from one organization are eligible for the “Learn & Earn reward”. Decided on a
first come first serve basis.
- A maximum of 3 attempts are allowed to successfully clear the quiz.
- Program T&C can be changed by the HPE business team and will have a final say in case of conflict.
